We are a small keepsake jewelry shop specializing in ultrasound photo jewelry, as well as breastmilk, blood, cremation and floral keepsakes.

Getting started is as simple as choosing your piece, placing your order and sending us your inclusions! If you are sending in breastmilk, hair, blood, flowers, or cremations, the instructions for sending in your inclusions will be listed in the description of the piece you select. Our current turn around times are about 8-12 weeks from the time we receive your order. These times vary depending on the setting you choose for your piece and the amount of customization. I do my best to work quickly, but please note that I am a solo artist with an often high order volume!

We offer lifetime fixes on all of the jewelry we send out, free of charge to you. Simply email us at milkandmoonkeepsakes@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the piece needing repairs, and we will reply with a prepaid shipping label you can then print and use to ship your piece back to us. Repairs may be a 6 week turnaround depending on what needs to be fixed.

Personalized jewelry, especially pieces containing breastmilk, blood or cremations, cannot be resold and therefore will NOT be refunded. If you have placed an order with us and have any issues, please reach out as we are always happy to try and accommodate as best we can, where it is possible.
